I will also help you with "staging" and discuss suggestions for enhancing the "strengths" of your house, such as touch ups, repairs or improvements that would give you the greatest return and advise you about repairs that wouldn't make financial sense.

With the availability of new technologies such as the Internet, a lot has changed in real estate marketing, but one thing that hasn't changed: The best way to sell your property is to get as many buyers to look at it as possible. Your home will be featured with quality photography, a virtual tour, target marketing, direct mail, print ads and an enhanced internet presence.

While your property is on the market, I will be in contact with you regularly with feedback on showings and any inquiries we may receive in order to keep you posted on our progress.
